	Michael A. Rauer Michael A. Rauer is an exceptional example of a career change to teaching that has paid-off exceptionally well to both students and co-faculty, alike. Mr. Rauer spent over 20 years defending our nation, while in the US Army. After retiring from service, he knew life was too short on one hand and too long on the other, to not continue working and 'give back' to his country in a totally different way. H
